Seventeen years ago, I set out to create my own lane in an industry that often overlooked Black models. I studied both the business and the craft — from runway to management — and turned that vision into reality.
What began as a small model team has grown into LVMA, an established agency built to empower models of color through real resources, mentorship, and opportunity. More than an agency, LVMA is a safe space where models of color can learn, grow and thrive with the representation and respect they deserve.

How can I join?
We do not accept direct applications. All potential models must start with a consultation. Book a 15-minute call to be evaluated and receive direction on your next move. Selected applicants will be invited to continue through the LVMA development process.
Do I need experience?
Not at all. LVMA welcomes both new and experienced models. We offer runway training, posing development, confidence coaching, and professional guidance designed to help aspiring models grow with confidence and industry readiness.
Is there an age/size/height requirement?
LVMA values diversity and inclusion. We welcome models of all sizes, shapes, and backgrounds. Applicants must be 18 or older. If you’ve got the passion, we’re interested.
